The barkeep’s collection of new winter drinks reads like a song, with enticing nips such as the La Valencia (chamomile-infused rye, sherry, yellow chartreuse, lemon and Angostura). The menu debuts tonight, but you might want to wait until tomorrow to try them out—drinks are just $8 on Tuesdays.
