<h3><span class="caps">RECIPE</span>: <span class="caps">LAZY</span> <span class="caps">MADAME</span></h3>

<p>1 1/2 ounces cocoa-infused tequila *</p>
<p>1/2 ounce bourbon</p>
<p>1/2 teaspoon simple syrup</p>
<p>Dash cinnamon tincture **</p>
<p>Lemon twist, for garnish.<br /><br /></p>
<p>Combine liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled rocks glass and garnish with lemon twist.</p>
<p>Yield: 1 drink.<br /><br /></p>
<p>*To make cocoa-infused tequila, add 1/2 cup pure cocoa powder to a 1-liter bottle of blanco tequila. Allow to sit overnight, then strain through a coffee filter.<br /><br /></p>
<p>**For the cinnamon tincture, toast 3 sticks cinnamon (2 minutes at 300 degrees) then crumble cinnamon into 12 ounces of high-proof vodka; steep for 3 days, then strain.<br />
